Terms of Service

These starter terms require owner and legal review before Gathercove accepts paying customers.

The service

Gathercove helps creative professionals request and receive project assets through workspace dashboards and secure client links. It is not a general-purpose archive or a service certified for healthcare, banking, legal evidence, or government records.

Accounts and access

Workspace users are responsible for their account credentials, project access settings, client recipients, and all activity performed through their account. Client links should be treated as confidential and regenerated if disclosed unintentionally.

Acceptable content

Users must have the right to collect and store submitted material. Malware, unlawful material, abusive content, and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

Files and availability

Users should maintain their own authoritative copies of important project material. Production backup, availability, support, and service-level commitments must be defined in a commercial agreement.

Plans and billing

Plan prices and limits may be published in the product. Billing is not connected in this local release, and no payment is processed through the included upgrade interface.

Termination and liability

Formal suspension rights, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution, and company identification must be added by qualified counsel before commercial use.
